The repayment plan for your Emergency Loan depends on the type of loan you’re borrowing.

• Payday Loan: Due in full when you get your next paycheck, which is usually within two to four weeks.
• Installment Loan: Due on your fixed installment date every month until the loan is repaid, which can take anywhere from three to 36 months.
• Title Loan: Terms vary by state, but most are paid monthly in accordance with your payment schedule.
• Line of Credit: Due on your specified payment date for as long as you have drawn funds.

In most cases, payments are set up as automatic withdrawals from your checking account. Advance America offers online and in-person payment options that can vary by state.

You cannot skip or defer a payment. However, if eligible, we may be able to enroll you into a repayment plan and/or extend your payment due date.
