How do online loans work?

Para solicitar un préstamo en línea, simplemente haz clic en el botón Solicita ahora para comenzar y el proceso se realizará completamente en línea. Solo envía tu solicitud y recibirás una decisión de préstamo inmediata. Si eres aprobado, selecciona el monto de tu préstamo y firma electrónicamente los documentos. Después, el préstamo se deposita directamente en tu cuenta bancaria no más tarde que el siguiente día hábil. Cuando es tiempo de realizar un pago, las cantidades acordadas se deducen electrónicamente de tu cuenta bancaria.

 

Para solicitar, debes:

  • Contar con cuenta de cheques activa
  • Contar con una fuente constante de ingresos
  • Contar con un número de seguro social o ITIN
  • Contar con una dirección de correo electrónico válida y activa
  • Debes tener al menos 18 años de edad (los residentes de Alabama deben tener al menos 19 o 18 años y estar casados)

When will I receive the money for my online loan?

For new customers, receiving funds from your online loan varies based on the time your application is approved. Once you receive the email notification of your loan approval, use the guidelines below to determine the timing of receiving your money:

Monday through Friday: If your loan is approved by 10:30 AM ET, Monday – Friday, you will typically receive your funds by end of the same day. If your loan approval is after 10:30 AM ET, you will typically be funded the morning of the next banking day.

Friday 10:30 AM ET - Sunday 10:30 AM ET: If your loan is approved between 10:30 AM ET on Friday and 10:30 AM ET on Monday, you will receive your funds on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

Please note, the exact time of funding depends on when your bank posts to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day but have not, first contact your bank.

Before final loan approval, you may receive an email regarding your loan status. Please check the email used to apply for a loan, as we may request additional information to finalize your application. As soon as we receive the information requested, we will complete your loan processing.

For existing customers, instant deposit of your funds to your debit card is an option in most states.

How can I make a payment?

What is the status of my loan?

When can I reapply after payoff?

In most states, you can apply right away once your payment is made in cash or with a debit card. When payments are made through an electronic withdrawal directly from your bank account, it can take 3 to 5 days for that payment to clear. Once the payment clears, you are eligible to reapply for a new loan. Please note, some states require a waiting period between loans. For example, in Florida, customers must wait 24 hours between payoff and ability to reloan.

What if I cannot pay the amount due on the due date?

If you are unable to make your upcoming payment, please contact us at (844)562-6480 to discuss available payment options. You can also reach out to your local store for more information. In some states, refinance options are available.
