"I had a great experience with the online service as well as the direct contact I made with your staff. My situation was that I had gotten paid earlier this month and I wanted to pay my loan off and reloan. So I did just that. Only to find out that I reloaded to early and that it somehow caused my bill to say I had to pay off my new loan within 5 days. This has never happened before and I wasn't happy about what had happened. But after texting and then calling your staff reassured me that I will be ok with my payment on the 31st of May.
