A test of love
When asked "who is there for me" one person comes to mind without even thinking. That person is my husband, Edward. I was a single mother of a very special child when I met Ed. Sydni was born with Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome and had both kidneys removed before her first birthday. She had a kidney transplant at 1 1/2 years old and although she is doing fabulous health wise, she still has some special needs. Because I was a single mom and didn't work the whole time she was in and out of the hospital, a lot of debt was accumulated. Ed came into our lives and completed our family. He knew what he was getting into and he loved us even more for it. He married me and became an instant Daddy. We have added to our family and given Sydni a little sister, Harley. Our family has been through a lot, including losing our home this year. But we always smile and we love spending time together. Ed is my hero, he keeps me sane through the lows and laughing through the highs. He is always there for me.
