Getting a cash advance is really that simple—just five easy steps.

  1. Complete a Cash Advance Application

    You have two options to complete your application:

    1. Complete an application at any of our locations.
    2. Fill out an application online and submit it to the location of your choice. Then visit that location to complete the process.

    The application typically takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Here's what the application will ask for:

    • Your contact information
    • Employment and income
    • Vehicle information
    • And three references or additional contacts

    Processing your completed application at the location will only take a few minutes. Once processing is complete, we'll review the fees for your cash advance and the date your repayment is due. Usually, that's your next payday.

  2. Bring Your Documentation

    When you arrive at a center to get a cash advance, here are the items you’ll need to bring:

    • A check from your checking account.
    • A government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
    • A second ID on which your name is pre-printed (such as a Social Security card).
    • A bank statement dated within the last 35 days.
    • And your most recent pay stub (or verification of other income).

  3. Write a Check

    At this point, you’ll write a personal check for the requested amount, plus the fees. We’ll hold this personal check until you repay your advance on or before the due date.

    This process may not be valid in all states.

  4. Sign an Agreement

    Next, you’ll sign the agreement, in which you agree to repay the total amount (cash advance plus fees) on or before the due date.

  5. Receive Your Money

    Once you’ve written your check and after you have signed the agreement, we’ll advance you the money requested. We’ll also give you a reminder card with your due date.
